A United State Coast Guard licensed Captain; Gery Boucher has been fishing, crabbing and clamming the waters of Swansboro, North Carolina for 24 plus years. He specializes in light tackle, live bait fishing. The Capt, and his three boys, Jacob (21), Garrett (18) and Andrew (14), have focused their fishing on redfish and the elusive speckled trout. Capt. Gery guides his charters out of a 23.8 ft. Carolina Skiff with a 175 HP Suzuki 4-Stroke. This boat can comfortably fish up to six anglers and has the ability to get back in the skinny water creeks or head outside along the North Carolina coastline. The extra wide beam and high gunnels provide the stability and safety for a day of family fishing or eco-touring. The past 20 years of fishing the local waters has given Capt. Gery the knowledge and experience to make your charter a success. Capt. Gery is personable, easygoing friendly guide. He really enjoys taking kids and first timers. and is committed to making the experience one to remember.

Captain Jacob Boucher

A United States Coast Guard licensed Captain, Jacob Boucher has been fishing, crabbing, and clamming the waters of Swansboro, North Carolina since he was three years old. Referred to many as the “fish whisperer,” Capt. Jacob enjoys fishing the backwaters searching for giant redfish, speckled trout, and citation flounder. When not in the backwater Capt. Jacob is on the ocean targeting a variety of species including cobia, wahoo, king mackerel and shark. A competitive angler, Capt. Jacob enjoys fishing fall king mackerel and speckled trout tournaments. With his positive attitude and knowledge of the local waters Capt. Jacob makes every charter fun and successful.

Captain John Keel

over 20 years experience!


A United States Coast Guard Licensed Captain, John Keel was born and raised here on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina (Emerald Isle). He started fishing at three years old and grew a passion for fishing and being on the ocean. John has been navigating the waters for over 20 years. He likes to have fun while out on the water. His motto is to provide a fun, safe journey with some humor. He believes attitude is crucial to an unforgettable experience on the water. Laughs and smiles are a guarantee. John pursues fish on his 26’ Pathfinder to target various species. The list is endless. He targets anything from the inshore game (redfish, black drum, speckled trout, sheepshead, and flounder) to nearshore (Spanish mackerel, king mackerel, bonitos, sharks) to the pelagic (mahi, wahoo, tuna, billfish, and bottom fish).
