Where the Ocean Meets Decades of Mastery

Southern Tides Fishing Charters offers guided fishing trips out of Cedar Point, giving guests the chance to experience the best of our local waters.

Capt. Jacob works to customize each trip around your goals, skill level, and what you’re hoping to catch. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or new to fishing, your trip will be built to help you enjoy a fun and productive day on the water. Most trips run 4 to 6 hours and focus on light tackle fishing for species such as Redfish, Flounder, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and Sheepshead, depending on the season, weather, and current bite.

Your trip takes place aboard a 23.8’ Coastal Skiff that comfortably accommodates up to 6 anglers. Rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included, so you can show up ready to fish. Fishing licenses are also covered by the captain, giving you one less thing to worry about. Guests are welcome to keep any legal fish caught during the trip.

A first mate will be available during the trip to assist with anything you need and help make your time on the water as enjoyable as possible. Tips for excellent service are always appreciated.

The boat will be stocked with water for your convenience. You’re also welcome to ask Capt. Jacob about bringing your own drinks or refreshments. Families are welcome, and kids are encouraged to come aboard for a great introduction to fishing.

Book your trip today and experience the waters of Cedar Point with Southern Tides Fishing Charters.
